Blair was born and raised in Los Santos, attending Mirror Park High School up until graduation. Her childhood and young adulthood remained relatively uneventful, maintaining close ties to her family and a good support group. With a mom that worked as a sales associate for a retail store and a father that took to trucking, the family's income was decent enough to scrape by if not leaving something to be desired.
After graduating, Blair's career aspirations were still relatively undecided - and as such she took up a position at a Binco Clothing Store, making enough to save up for a car. She was able to live a relatively okay lifestyle, supplementing with a few odd jobs here and there and helping her family with financials when she could. By the time she turned 22 Blair took a look at her current prospects and wagered there was better out there.
On the back of that, Blair briefly spent time living outside of the city but could never shake Los Santos' draw. That, and a desire to stay close to her family had her move back pretty quickly after she had left.
Upon returning, Blair felt there were better employment opportunities outside of Binco - who she had previously worked for. She had a few friends working various governmental jobs and knew that kind of career supported people well. That coupled with a general desire to see the city improved some motivated her to apply for the position of Forensic Attendee with DMEC.
