As of 23/SEP/2021, autopsy reports must be requested from our official website (( dmec.gta.world )). Thus, Field Staff (CORONERS) is not expected to generate report requests. Law enforcement agencies may request an autopsy report within seven days of first contact with the body. For requests to be made after the specified time, if the corpse is buried, they must apply with the permission of the court. The report in question must be related to an on-going court case / investigation. The final decision on whether to conduct an autopsy rests with the County Coroner and his/her assistant(s). After the autopsy report request is approved, the department has seven days to submit the report. If it cannot be sent within seven days, the County Coroner must be notified.

As of 16th of February, 2023, the template has been slightly updated. Furthermore, we will NOT accept requests that do not have all the details/information requested by the department ((especially the OOC ones)).
